논어 술이편과 자한편의 구절에서 영감을 얻어, 두려움 없이 원하는 것을 자유롭게 하라'는 메시지를 시각화한 프로젝트입니다.
헤엄치는 물고기를 통해 원천적인 자유의 형상을 담아냈습니다. 이 자유라는 메시지가 아주 오래전부터 이어져 온 단단한 가치라는 것을 보여주기 위해 낡고 구겨진 질감을 통해 표현했으며 제작 시점으로부터 60년 전인 1962년의 날짜를 새겨 마치 오래된 서랍 속에서 발견한 보물 같은 기록물의 느낌을 연출했습니다.
함께 제작된 폰케이스는 논어의 구절을 불규칙하게 반복 배치하고 획이 곧지 않은 울퉁불퉁한 서체를 사용하여, 형식에 얽매이지 않는 '틀에 박히지 않은 자유로움'을 표현했습니다.

Inspired by passages from the Shuer and Zihan chapters of the Analects of Confucius, this project visualizes the message: "Do what you desire freely and without fear."
Through a swimming fish, I captured the quintessential form of primal freedom. To demonstrate that this message of freedom is a steadfast value passed down from ancient times, I utilized worn and crumpled textures. By engraving the date of 1962—exactly 60 years prior to the year of production—I created the feeling of a historical record, like a treasure discovered in an old drawer.
The accompanying phone case features an irregular, repeating arrangement of phrases from the Analects. By using a rugged typeface with uneven strokes, I expressed an "unconventional freedom" that refuses to be bound by formal constraints.
